Star filter bags (Star bags) is named pleat bag or extend filter surface bag, a special design to extend the filter surface. The Star bags are designed and developed to be integrated into existing system and process without requiring costly and major equipment changes. It is also for new bag house with high level and strict emission requirement.
Pleated/star bag filters are shorter than traditional filters
They are replacing the bag. This allows for a greater drop
The outer area reduces the chance of bag wear.
Star-shaped filter bag, larger filter area and even powder
Allows to capture smaller particles
Reduce chimney emissions.
